Our 8 acres provide guests with plenty of space spread out, relax and enjoy. During the summer our HEATED SWIMMING POOl is very popular. Our Hot Tub is open year round. Rooms for guest use include a Kitchenette with microwave, top floor observation tower, two spacious decks, 2 screened porches, an outside shower and an exercise area. Four large sitting rooms invite you to lounge watch Satellite TV or watch antenae TV in the privacy of your room. Each room comes with a DVD. We have a guest computer set up that includes a printer, DSL, Wireless internet access,  ice cube maker and FREE ice cream.  For your convenience we have beach chairs, umbrellas and rental bicycles on site.  Come and GET LAZY !!	We have a luscious seated and served hot breakfast on our porch each day from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Selections include fruit, fresh baked breads, waffles or pancakes or quiche or eggs and breakfast meats. Guests rave about the food!! Guest rooms are completel supplied with sheets, towels for the bath and the pool, hair dryers, shampoo, hand crafted soap, hand lotion and travel toiletries.  Onsite massage available - call to arrange in advance of arrival. Our ground floor lounge features a pool table, karoke machine, slot/token machine and TV/DVD - perfect spot to play and relax.	House specialty - blueberry waffle topped with maple syrup handcrafted by the innkeepers family in New Hampshire. We serve a full breakfast in the morning and cater to special dietary needs.
