Rates $130-$165/nt plus tax 5 night stays as low as $110/night

+ August rates $205 - $240/night (excluding holidays) 2 Suite Options - When you rent both rooms, Key West PLUS Flamingo
you will have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private entrance + living room, which can sleep up to 6 people with extra beds for a $50 fee/person/night
OR you can rent the Cottage which has a queen bed and a pull out Queen sofa to sleep up to 4 people (one shared bath).
Base price is for 2 people add $50 for each additional person/per night. -

Lazy L is smoke free. For guests who smoke, we have outside decks and smoking areas.

Cancelation
- A $50 fee will be charged for all cancelations.
$75 for Holiday cancelations.
If less than 2 weeks notice, guest is responsible
for the payment of room rent- no exceptions. No cancelations accepted via email, phone calls only. Early checkout - no refunds for early
checkout.
Refunds NOT given for inclement weather.
